LIBRARY

To fulfil the needs of the students and the faculties, we provide well equipped and digitalised library with latest publication .The library consists of wide range of Subject books, National & International Journals, Magazines, Local News Papers, Weekly/Monthly Magazines, Periodicals, Research and Technical Reports.

A spacious library with the area of 1203 sq. feet. The college library is functioning very well from 10.am to 5pm

Currently the books available are 7280 the use of staff and students. These includes subject books , reference books, journals , magazines , theses and dissertations. Many of the books were bought from the UGC grants while the College also buys books from the college funds

Common Instruction About our Library

• Every B.Ed Student will be entitled t borrow two books and four books respectively at a time. The return of the book should be made within a week
• During Library hours, open access is permitted to the students. Students should not disturb the arrangement of books on shelves; a student who abuses the privilege of borrowing books will forfeit this privilege.
• Students are expected to use all the books with care. On receiving a book from the counter the students shall examine it at once and call Librarian's attention to any existing damage. If she fails to do so, she will be responsible for any damage that maybe afterwards detected
• Books should be returned on or before the last date stamped on the return slips in the books. If that date happens to be a holiday, the next working day will be considered the 'due date'. Books taken out for use during short holiday should be returned before classes resume. It shall however be within the description of the librarian to recall any book or books lent to a student, irrespective of the time limit prescribed above
• A student's absence from the college on the due date is not a valid reason for failure to return the book on that date
• While using the internet facility the computer must be operated with care.
• The library rules are to be strictly followed. Students will forfeit the privilege of borrowing books if they infringe in the right of others

SPORTS

Intramural tournaments and sports have been conducted for the students on house system.

Sports activities in 8 Athletic meet. Such as 100 meter, Running, 200mtr, 100mtr Skipping, Long Jump, Shot-put, Discus Throw, Javelin Throw, 4x100mtr Relay, Three major games namely Volley ball, Throw ball, Tennikoit and competitions for 2 minor games such as Three Legged Race, Kangaroo Jumping Relay were held for the B.Ed. Students.
